Brindile 2007

Mas de Valbrune
Brindile 2007

AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Cabrieres

This wine has a good purple/ruby colour, with plenty of plum, berry and cassis aromas to the fore. Behind them comes a touch of smoke and spice. The taste is complex with much fruit like plum, prune and blackcurrant with a lot of herbal garrigue character and a touch of spice. The wine is nicely balanced with carefully controlled tannins. It is very easy to drink, and could be served slightly chilled with some dishes.
