A lovely pale to medium coloured rose with lots of strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas and flavours with an additional touch of cream and spice in the mouth. This wine has a lovely balance and nice freshness.
 
This is ideal drinking for light lunches or as an aperitif.

Alcohol: 12.8% abv or 9.5 units per bottle
 
Varieties: 50% Syrah
                  25% Grenache Noir
                  25% Cinsault
Terroir: Ochre at surface over limestone clay, pebbles and gravels on south facing slopes
 
Yields: 55 – 60hl/ha
Vinification:
  • Grapes given short skin contact before pressing
  • Fermentation and six months aging in cuve with the temperature controlled at all times
