 Rose Wines
Chateau d’Exindre la Magdelaine, Mas d’Exindre Rosé 2009 Vin du Pays des collines de la Moure
A lovely pale coloured rose with lots of strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas and flavours with an additional touch of cream and spice in the mouth. This wine has a lovely balance and nice freshness.

 White Wines
Le Chemin des Rêves Abracadabra Blanc 2010, AOP Languedoc
Wonderful with complex aromas and flavours of blossom fruit with acacia, white peach, oily spice and a touch of orange blossom with added citrus notes, a lingering minerality and a touch of spice.

Mas de Valbrune Praelude 2009, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Cabrieres
A subtle anc complex wine made from Clairette, with flavours of yellow fruit, ripe apple and a touch of citrus in the mouth. A nice touch of complexity helps make it a more interesting than dry white than many.

Chateau Saint Martin de la Garrigue, Picpoul 2009, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Picpoul de Pinet
A complex wine that has flavours and aromas of yellow plums, ripe apples, and rocha pears, with a lovely touch of herbaciousness and great balance

La Boussole Viognier 2009, Vin de Pays d'Oc
Classy Languedoc Viognier, with plenty of apricot, white peach and sweet spice on the nose and palate. This wine has a good balance, with a nice length and touch of complexity.

 Red Wines
Domaine de la Fadeze, Cabernet Franc 2009, Vin de Pays d'Oc
This pure Cabernet Franc is rich and full of flavour, with much dark berry fruit, and red berry fruit found in the nose and on the palate, with a lovely touch of smoky spice, a long length and lovely balance. Very drinkable with or without food.

Domaine du Meteore, Leonides 2007, AOC Faugeres
A blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Carignan and Grenache, this is a generous wine. It has a lovely deep purple/ruby colour, with an intense palate and nose that is full of elderberry, blackcurrant and much other deep blue and purple fruit aromas, with much earthy spice.

Le Chemin des Reves, L'Exuberant 2008, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc
This Grenache and Syrah dominated wine is full of berry fruit and sweet spice flavours and aromas. It has great balance and is developping well.
 
Petit Saint Aunès Vin du Pays d’Oc Rouge 2009
An interesting Cabernet Sauvignon. Made for early drinking, but has sufficient quality to age well for a year or two. It has great purity, with lots of cassis and black berry fruits, with good smoky spice and nice fresh tannins.

Mas de Valbrune, Pas de Deux 2006, Vin de Pays d'Oc
This is a serious red wine with much Cinsault in the blend, with Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. It shows much fruit on the nose and palate with cherry, plum, etc. of black and purple fruits with a nice herbal streak, it is also beginning to show signs of development with good leathery spice and a touch of meaty game noted. Well made, this wine is built to impress.

Domaine de la Croix Chaptal, Les Terrasses 2007, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Terrasses du Larzac
A serious wine made from 45% Carignan, 45% Grenache and 10% Syrah on the superb Terrasses du Larzac soils. This wine has plenty of interesting aromas and flavours, after the initial high toned plum comes red cherry, black currant, eucalyptus, undergrowth and some lovely spice on the finish including a touch of white pepper. It has a good length and good balance due to the lovely freshness and the supple tannins.

Chateau d'Exindre, Amelius 2007, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Gres de Montpellier
The top red wine from the Chateau d'Exindre, this is made from Syrah with a little Grenache and possibly a little Carignan harvested at low yields, and aged after a long fermentation/maceration for over a year in oak barriques, a significant proportion of which are new. The wine is full and powerful, with great complex berry fruit, and purple fruit flavours, with a lot of lovely spice, including pepper, oriental spice and vanilla. The wine is well balanced and very satisfying.
