Pinot Noir 2007

Chateau de Raissac
Pinot Noir 2007

Vin de Pays d'Oc

This wine is a lovely pale ruby colour, with flecks of purple also evident. It has a fascinating, vibrant red cherry and red berries nose with hints and touches of spice. Tasting it reveals a mouthful of smoky berry and cherry fruit with touches of raspberry and spice on the length. As it is fresh and with low tannins it is fantastically easy to drink, try it chilled at say 16 degrees and discover that Pinot Noir from Languedoc can be great fun!
