Praelude 2008

Mas de Valbrune
Praelude 2008

AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Cabrieres

This wine is pale gold in colour with a slightly honeyed nose with flavours of yellow fruit, ripe apple and a touch of citrus in the mouth. In the mouth it is rounded and has a slightly oily texture, it also has lovely flavours of ripe apple, pear, yellow fruits, and a touch of honey and finally some floral notes on the finish. It is a well balanced wine with plenty of interest and a touch of nice complexity, it could provide a very acceptable alternative for those needing a change from Chardonnay.
