This Merlot is quite subtle by Languedoc standards, it is a lovely medium deep ruby colour, and has good legs. the nose is full of cassis, raisined berries, blueberries, and bramble with a touch of spice. The palate is rich and full of red and blackcurrant, blueberry, raisins, menthol, with a touch of undergrowth and some nice spice. The Soft tannins and balanced acidity make this very drinkable.
