A full blooded Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has aromas and flavours that are typical of the variety, particularly blackcurrant, a touch of blackberry and plenty of smoky spice. The wine has a touch of complexity and nice balance with a good length and some particularly interesting young tannins.
The wine has a real intensity and will undoubtedly age well, though I suspect everyone will drink it young!
