AOC Saint Chinian
A super-premium wine that is one of the finest made in Saint Chinian. It is made from Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache, and has a lovely complex nose of raspberry, red berry fruit, black berry fruit, cassis, and mulberry, with complex spice with cardamon, cumin, pepper, a touch of vanilla, and more. The palate is similar to the nose, with an overall impression of elegance and complexity, with superb balance.
