Le Mas d'Agalis
Yo no puedo mas … d’Agalis VIII
Vin de Table de France
This wine was made in 2008, and has a lovely deep purple/ruby colour, with a powerful nose of black berry fruits, with complex smoke pepper and spices complemented by a touch of chocolate and some animal notes. The flavour of the wine is more focussed on the fruit, with berry fruits like raspberry and bramble evident with plums, and blueberry; the spice becomes more evident on the length, as do the start of the development of some tertiary, or aged, aromas notably gravy and animal. The wine has a lovely balance with very fine ripe tannins and a good length.
Don't let the Vin de Table designation confuse you this is a very high quality wine.
