Chardonnay 2009

Similar to the popular 2007 this unoaked Chardonnay has lovely floral and tropical fruit flavours and aromas as well as a touch of ripe melon and a nice creaminess. Well balanced, the length is again good, with a lovely mineral/citrus twist coming through towards the end. I can see this again being a popular wine.

Only made in years when the conditions are right, this is a lovely balanced oaked chardonnay that is full of creamy, buttery vanilla fruit, with tropical fruits and ripe melon aparent on the nose and on the palate. Long, rich and controlled this is a stylish wine that has been very carefully made.
