It is similar with delivery to Northern Ireland, which unfortunately is even more expensive. Our charges for sending wine to Northern Ireland are:
To help the couriers who will deliver your wine, please take care in specifying the delivery address, noting alternative arrangements if you are not found to be there. Please note that if you ask for wine to be left “in the garden shed”, “behind the gooseberry bushes”, or in any other place where the consignment is not signed for, then this is at your risk.
On receipt of the wine please check you have received the correct number of packages as specified on the delivery slip. If there is any obvious damage to the packages please note it on the delivery slip, making sure it appears on the copy retained by the delivery company. Please then report any breakages or missing wine to Aldeby Wines within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Our courier will attempt to deliver, and if there is no one there, they will leave a card with thier contact details, allowing you to contact them and arrange a suitable delivery time. However, it will help if you can tell us of an alternate place to deliver, say, for example, "leave at number 10"
If you have any problems with your delivery, then contact us through the web site, or by telephone and we will track where the parcel is, and help to get it to you as soon as possible.
