Domaine la Fadeze
Viognier 2010

This wine has a pale green and straw colour, with a nose of soft peach, swee spice, apricot tropical fruit, greengage and a few floral notes. The flavours are quite complex with apricot, sweet spice, tropical fruit, passion fruit, floral notes and pink grapefruit. The wine has a lovely freshness and good length where a little greengage and more spice come through. The wine is balanced and has a good length, it also has a lovely texture and a restraint that makes the wine very god to drink.

Varieties: 100% Viognier

Vinification: Fermented at low temperature for 8 days and then aged on the lees for 6 months, all in stainless steel.
