Julian's Case

Julian's Case

A good friend asked me to mix him a case. His specification was simple "Six whites and six reds please ... I don't like rose". Well despite not agreeing with him about rose, it was a pleasure to think through selecting a case for him. The result was a selection of wines that really show off the region, and the diversity of its wines, from classic Languedoc blends to varietal wines made from the best known international varieties.
